Apply for a Property on the HomeBuy scheme

If you are interested in any of the properties available through this website, or would like to be placed on a register for any of the HomeBuy products, you can download an application form in Microsoft Word  format (see below).

Once completed, you will need to print the form out, sign it and post it back to us together with copies of all relevant supporting documentation.  Please do not send originals as we cannot guarantee their safe return.

Once we receive your application, we will carry out assessment to see whether you can go ahead with the HomeBuy products you are interested in. The assessment will take into account your current income and any savings, loans or debts you have.   It will take into account  your housing needs and personal circumstances.  We look at each application on its own merits.

Your application, together with all supporting documents, will be scanned.  Please take the time to complete the form fully and supply all supporting documentation.  This will enable us to process your application swiftly.  If you don't complete the form fully or forget to sign it, we will have to come back to you and this will cause delays in processing your application.   Once we have received your completed application, we will work out within 8 working days if you are eligible or not  and then let you know the outcome. 

Your application, if approved, will be shared with other agencies who are marketing properties under the HomeBuy initiatives.  You will be contacted by them if a property meeting your requirements become available. If you don't want your details to be used for this purpose, please write to us to let us know when you make your application.
