If your are still unhappy, please send details of your complaint in writing Mercian HomeBuy Agency at the address below. We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days. It will be considered by a member of the HomeBuy management team and we will let you know their decision within ten working days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can ask for your complaint to be considered by a Director of Mercian Housing Association. The Director will let you know their decision within ten working days.
If you are not satisfied with the result of our internal complaints process, you may refer your complaint to the Housing Corporation. You can find out more about their complaints procedures by going to: www.housingcorp,gov.uk.
