All applicants will be sent an application form within 4 working days of their enquiry.
Completed application forms will be assessed and applicants sent confirmation of their eligibility status within 8 working days of initial receipt of the application form.
(note: it will occasionally be necessary to send forms back to applicants when they are incomplete in which case the 8 day period will be extended to allow for any period the application form is either in the post or with the applicant).
When you ring us we will:
- Answer your call promptly, giving our name.
- Give you the name of anyone we put you through to. If the person you want is unavailable, we will take a message and you will be called back within 24 hours.
When you write to us we will:
- Acknowledge letters within 5 working days.
- Give a full response within 10 working days.
- Make use of e-mail addresses where known, to save time and costs.
